Some milestones speak for themselves.
On April 30th, Jordan moved into a Foothills Recovery sober living home — but that’s only part of the story. He came to us through our residential program, put in the hard work, and walked out the other side with not just one win, but three: a new home, a new job, and a continued commitment to his recovery through outpatient treatment services.
We don’t take moments like this lightly. Around here, every milestone is worth celebrating.
From Residential to Ready
Jordan’s journey began in our residential program — a structured, full-time environment designed to give individuals the stability and support they need to address addiction at its roots. Residential treatment isn’t easy. It asks a lot. It requires showing up when it’s hard, being honest when it’s uncomfortable, and trusting a process that takes time to unfold.
Jordan did all of that.
When he completed the residential program, he didn’t just leave treatment behind — he stepped into the next chapter with intention. On April 30th, he moved into one of our sober living homes, a community built around accountability, connection, and the kind of everyday structure that makes long-term recovery possible.
A Job. A Home. A Future.
What makes Jordan’s story especially worth celebrating is that he didn’t stop at one milestone.
While navigating the transition into sober living, Jordan also obtained employment — a step that carries enormous weight in recovery. Work brings routine, purpose, and a sense of identity that addiction so often strips away. It’s one of the clearest signs that someone isn’t just surviving their recovery — they’re building a life inside of it.
And through it all, Jordan has continued receiving outpatient treatment services, staying connected to the support and tools that keep recovery on solid ground. That kind of commitment — to keep showing up even after the “hard part” is over — is exactly what sustainable recovery looks like.
What the Foothills Recovery Program Is Built For
Jordan’s story isn’t a coincidence. It’s the result of a program designed to walk alongside people through every stage of their recovery journey — from the first day of residential treatment to the transition into sober living and beyond.
At Foothills Recovery, we believe that recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. That’s why our continuum of care — residential, sober living, and outpatient services — is designed to move with our clients as they grow. Each step builds on the last. Each milestone opens the door to the next.
Jordan walked through every one of those doors. And we couldn’t be prouder to have been part of his journey.
This Is What’s Possible
We share stories like Jordan’s because recovery can feel impossible from the inside. When someone is in the middle of it — struggling, uncertain, worn down — it’s hard to imagine what the other side looks like.
Jordan’s story is what the other side looks like.
A home. A job. A community. A future. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen alone — but it does happen. Every single day, for people who decide to show up for themselves.
Jordan is one of many. And his story is proof that yours can look like this too.
