Foothills Recovery

Treatment Program

Empowering Your Recovery Journey

Treatment Program Overview

At Foothills Recovery, your treatment program is customized to meet your unique needs and includes a variety of therapeutic activities designed to support your recovery. To get the most out of your stay, you are expected to actively participate in at least six hours of treatment each day. This includes individual and group therapy sessions, peer support activities, and recovery meetings like Alcoholics or Narcotics Anonymous and Celebrate Recovery.

In addition to therapy, we offer a structured daily schedule that helps develop healthy routines, along with life skills, household chores, and optional work projects. We also provide educational opportunities, such as GED preparation classes, and a range of recreational activities to promote relaxation and personal growth. These activities include walking, games, exercise, gardening, and more, all aimed at enhancing self-awareness, reducing anxiety, and improving interpersonal skills.

Rooted in Strength, Growing Toward Recovery

Like the roots of a tree, recovery begins beneath the surface. Though unseen, these roots grow stronger each day, anchoring you as you reach for new heights. Just as a tree depends on its roots to stand tall, your recovery journey is built on the inner strength, support, and resilience you nurture. With time and care, you will grow, thrive, and branch out toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
