There are days at Foothills Recovery that remind us exactly why this work matters. Completion days are at the top of that list.
In June 2026, Asa and Kelly both completed our residential treatment program — certificates in hand, surrounded by the people who walked alongside them through every hard day and every small win that led to this moment. We couldn’t be prouder of either of them.
What a Completion Day Means
Finishing a residential treatment program isn’t just checking a box. It represents weeks of honest, difficult, consistent work. It means showing up on the days when showing up felt impossible. It means choosing recovery over and over again, even when the easier option was right there.
When someone completes our program, they leave with more than a certificate. They leave with tools, perspective, and a community that’s genuinely rooting for them. They leave different than they came in — and that difference is hard-won and worth every bit of the celebration it deserves.
Asa and Kelly did exactly that. And we are so glad they did.
A Community That Shows Up
At Foothills Recovery, completion days are a team effort. Our Program Director, Candy Groce, LPCC, and the rest of our staff invest deeply in every person who comes through our doors. When a resident completes the program, it’s a win for everyone who walked alongside them.
We are so proud of Asa and Kelly. Their stories are just beginning, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes them both.
